Elite Optical

Worse glasses I have ever had.Very uncomfortable,do not fit correctly.Bifocal appears to be seperating from one lens.Lenses do not turn dark in sunlight.I guess they forgot to make them transistions like I paid for.Wasted $250.

My wife has a very unusual challange when it comes to testing and prescribing correction lense for her, however Dr. Doug Miner made the examination and fitted glasses far better than any other optomitrist had ever done. I had bifocals and the preliminary finding was that I would need trifocals which would be no fun at all. Dr. Miner explained the benefits of progressive lenses with no lines, I tried them and found they were as comfortable as glasses were for me forty years earlier. We obviously have been returning for more than ten years and we heartily recommend Dr. Miner and his professional staff to everyone.

Elite Optical is a wonderful optical! I found the eye exam to be comprehensive and informative. The doctor and staff were professional and helpful. With help in picking out frames (I'm no fashion guru), I wound up buying two pair of glasses that not only give me great vision but that continually received compliments on. They did all the paperwork for my insurance, so there was no hassle on my end. I found the glasses to be of high quality and a great value. The staff was very helpful in choosing not only the frames but the lenses that would be best. There is no doubt that I and my family will be using Elite Optical for our eye care needs in the future. They really live up to their name...Elite!

I really love this store! Very rarely do you find an optical store that has both quality and style. Every time I wear a pair of glasses from Elite Optical I get numerous compliments and many people asking me where I got them. I am always happy to refer them to my friends Doug and Lanette Miner at Elite Optical. It is the only place in the East Valley that carries frames and lenses of this caliver.

i visited elite optical and they exceeded my expectations. i am not fashion savvy and needed some help with picking out the right glasses, they worked with me patiently for over an hour to help me find the right frames and i couldnt be happier. i would recommend them to anyone. hope this review helps you out.

I purchased 3 pair of glasses from this company (2 new pair and one pair of lenses for a pair of frames I already owned). After 5 weeks, I've still not received a pair of glasses that are not defective in some way. They have had to send each pair of glasses back to their lab to fix at least 2 times. When I went to pick up the 3 pair of glasses for the third time after their lab supposedly fixed them, 2 pairs had defects in the lenses, and the 3 pair the lenses weren't able to be mounted in the frames and would have to be sent back to the lab. I offered to pay for the defective lenses that were in the pair of frames I already owned, but that I'd like a refund on the other 2 pair of glasses since it was apparent the lab wasn't able to fix the defects. I was told all sales are final. So, now I have paid over $650 for 3 pair of glasses that are all defective. I would highly recommend taking your business to a company who cares about having you as a customer, and who has a refund/exchange policy.
