        Overall

        Run the other way. My son and I waited 52 minutes past our appointment time before his name was called. After discussing my son's dental problems in the waiting room, which I thought was inappropriate, the assistant stated I was not allowed in the back with my son. I told her I didn't feel comfortable with that because this was his first time at this dental office. We were only there for a consultation! She stated this was office policy, parents are not allowed back with their children. My son is only 6!

        We left.
