We encourage all patients to come in to our office for an oral evaluation as soon as they detect symptoms of gum disease, such as bleeding gums, bad breath, or gum recession. An oral exam with X-rays and deep teeth cleanings at least twice a year are recommended for patients with gum disease. We will measure pocket depth using a special instrument to determine the severity of gum disease before preparing a treatment plan.

When they take you back they do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable and make sure the procedures are pain free. I took my daughter in today for oral surgery. Because they knew she was very apprehensive about the procedure, they took steps to calm her down and relax her before they did anything. The surgery went great. When my daughter came out she was still under the effects of the anesthesia some and the nurse explained everything to me so I could care for my daughter at home. Then, even though it was raining outside, the nurse helped my daughter across the parking lot, helped her get into the car and helped her place ice packs for the swelling and pain. This is just one example of how the staff in Amazing Smiles goes over and beyond. I would highly recommend this dentist office to everyone."
