I agree don't take your car here. their service department is the worst there is. They LIED to me to me. and then used that lie to refuse me the free service i was supposed to get from the manufacturer. I've never been treated as badly from any service department as I did here. Really reccomend you go somewhere else. They are very pleasantly unprofessional. Wolves in sheep's clothing.

I'm not sure how things are going to go yet, BUT I want to put my two cents worth in about the used 2010 Town and Country I purchased which has a problem with the ignition. According to their CORPORATE OFFICE, there is a Recall on the ignition, and it's already been replaced once before on my van. But according to the fine folks at Boniface Hiers, there IS NO RECALL on my van. Explain how the Chrysler corporate office says there IS and the local dealership says there is NOT, ESPECIALLY, given that they've already replaced the ignition once before?

I've been researching this issue online, and they have had recall issues on their ignitions for YEARS and don't seem to care enough to fix the problem. Talk about poor quality....

I cannot say enough about Shop Foreman Jim Moran. He went above and beyond to rectify my recent service visit, which through no fault of his own, was a bit flawed. Jim's efforts were remarkable and because of him I left a very happy and satisfied customer. He took a disastrous customer service situation and turned it into a satisfying experience. Thanks to Jim Moran I will definitely be back. Ilona was also very helpful and accommodating.

Only 400 miles of driving later, I've got a subtotal of $6979.54 of repairs that need to be addressed. Mark Steve the Sales Manager, doesn't seem to think there's anything he can do for me because I live up North.

Its a story told 10,000 times before. A dealership that sells a lemon and then plays dumb and looks for ways to blame the BUYER!

27k cash I'm not sure but in my day that meant something I always thought you know maybe get better service or at least above-average. But none of that ever happened with Boniface number one they let the company who put my sunroof in drive my car over 300 miles use up all my gas not to mention running up a $30 bill on my SunPass 2X when I mentioned that they looked at me like I was crazy call the company and they laughed and told me they wouldn't take it for a joyride next time. When the headliner fell down. Then I cancelled my extended warranty and the check they wrote me was no good. Had to make three phone calls to them to get that straightened out and then talk to me like I was crazy again. All in all it was not a very good experience.

Last November I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Eco Diesel it is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased at almost $50,000. Shortly after purchase I noticed dents in my left front fender, these dents are from the inside out & are either a result of a stamping error in manufacturing or something inside the fender pushing out against it. I have asked the service department personnel only response has always been they don't have a body shop.They did recommend a shop to have it repaired at but at my expense!
Why offer a "Life Time" warranty or use the term "After the sale we serve" if they have no intention or capability to do so.
If when purchasing a new vehicle you also looking for a good service department or a dealership which stands behind what they advertise I suggest you look elsewhere as Boniface-Hiers Chrysler/Dodge/RAM/Jeep does not.

Bought my jeep from them . was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.
Took my jeep in today for 2 small and different item's. Absolutely great service no BS was fixed and part order in record time.

I had my car service 6/26/2015 approximately $700. Then my minivan pooled my garage with over 12 gallon of gas because they didn't tighten the fuel line. Had to have fire remove has an throw away all my items because of hazard. I'm never going back to them! What if something more would happen..... Like a spark an the gas expel at the same time? My family would be dead!

I never leave reviews, but this experience was sooo nice i just had to!!! The salesman, David Hughes, never pressured me, asked my individual likes, and met my very strict financial needs!!! I drove Away with a beautiful jeep grand cherokee. I am in love!!! Not to mention the free extended warranty!!!

I took my car into the shop this morning for an oil change and a checkup. I purchased an excellent extended warranty and a service contract when I leased my car. I have 45,000 miles on my car therefore I am fully covered under these contracts. The service advisor I spoke with gave me nothing but attitude and wanted to charge me $40 for an oil change and $100 just to look at it. I have been to 3 different dealerships back home and never had to deal with people like this. I am lodging a complaint with the Service Manger at this dealership in regards to the service advisor I spoke with and lodging a formal complaint with Dodge in regards to this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Avoid at all cost!!!
