All In One Pools

I would strongly advise against All in One Pools out of Merritt Island. I will start by saying that we are happy with the final product, but that is the only nice thing I have to say about them. Rude management, failed inspections, multiple lies about scheduling, over a year to complete (after being told 8-10 weeks), lack of cleanup, ... I could go on for hours, but I’ll stop there. Just wanted to save our anyone from the headaches we went through. I can’t speak to the performance of other builders, but I would hope that they would be better.

One star is too many for All in One Pools. I wish that I had never heard of All in One pools. They do substandard work and their warranty is worthless. The water line was 2 inches lower on one end of the pool from day One, plus within just a few weeks the pool leaked and the deck cracked. They came out and tried to fix the cracks but the cracks came right back, and the deck broke into 2 huge slabs within a year. After repeated calls All-in-One finally took one end off and redid it, but it took them 16 months to replace the deck. After they finally came out and replaced half the deck, it immediately cracked again plus they painted it a different color than the original, then wanted me to pay to have it all done in the same color. Every time I called them, they always said they had no record of my calling before. I paid for the best heater they had, but it has never worked. After coming out twice and pushing buttons, they wanted 75 dollars up front for a service call. The heater still does not work. Now I am paying another 7 thousand dollars to fix the cracks in the tank, replace the cheap plastic light they installed, and re-level the deck. I will still have more to pay to repave it once it is level . One reason we chose All in One to begin with is that they claimed to do all aspects of the construction themselves; however, every time we complained about something they would brush it off and say that part was contracted out to someone else. We waited weeks to get their "best" water feature man to build a waterfall, and it is the ugliest one I've ever seen. I would rather have no pool at all than a pool built by All in One.

The follow up on the pool was terrible. We were not "schooled" in upkeep until many weeks after pool was finished. We were told it would take six months for the finish to come out and now six months the finish looks horrible, when we asked about it we are told we didn't keep up with chemicals so it is our fault. Had a part on the pool not working that was under warranty and took three weeks to get someone out here. Have many friends who used other pool companies and none of them have had the problems we have. I suggest to shop around before using this company.
