Horrible!! Not professional at all. Said they have me down and will deliver day of party. Never showed, no phone call to verify nothing. I called to see what was the delay, and they said they never had me down for nothing. You can tell that was just an excuse to cover them. This is the first time I EVER wrote a review about anything. This is how dissatisfied I am with a place. I recommend going to a more professional place then these bunch of mutants! When they answer the phone, they don't even address it as their business. That tells you right there how professional and LEGIT they are.
