Mr. Rooter of Plumbing of Boise

I had a plummer come out to look at my clogged sink. Was told on the phone there was no service fee to come look. If there was a problem he would give me a quote. The plummer came and inscrewed the pipe and emptied it out and then charged me $120. He was at my house for about 10 mintues. I didnt buy any parts or anything. This is ridiculous!!!!!!
