Dr. Main's goal is to help people take care of themselves physically as well as emotionally and mentally. She does this by providing an office with a positive, family-like atmosphere that actively teaches everyone about nutrition, exercise, and how a healthy lifestyle is attainable. Both Dr. Rosie and the other staff members strive to create personal relationships with you while going through the daily routines. Now, this office isn't all sugar and plums--they will not hold back the truth of what may be going on with your health, but they're there to help you get through this. Having worked in the medical system for 40 yr. it is totally refreshing to visit this office. I have attended several classes and learned so much regarding nutrition, exercise, and things we can do to keep ourselves healthy. We need more places like Main Heath Solutions in our community!

I attended two of the FREE Educational Events hosted by Main Health Solutions before deciding to become a patient of Dr. Rosie Main. I really liked that I was encouraged to take control of my own health and to look out for the health of my family. Our lifestyle, fitness level and our eating habits changed because of Dr. Rosie Main's encouragement and her on-going education. In this instant gratification world, she doesn't offer a one pill fix. She expects her patients to work towards their own healing while she guides, educates and encourages. Our whole lives are bombarded with stress and toxins. She showed us a whole body approach to health. I appreciate that she shares her life experiences and is real with her patients pushing us to become better and healthier.

This lady is a quack who thinks vaccines cause autism. She peddles snake oil on the radio. Also on her radio show she offers advice based on anecdotal/personal experience. It's clear she knows just enough science jargon to be dangerous because lacks the critical thinking to understand the fundamental basics of science.

My wife was a patient in 2014 and injured her back while at work during the time of her health care treatments at this center. Despite the fact, that my wife could no longer continue care due to her new disabling condition, under an agreement with the center we were obligated to the terms of the contract. There is also uncertainty as to whether the treatments she was receiving may have caused her condition or exacerbated my wife’s back problem. Its my opinion, they were more concerned about being paid rather than the welfare of my wife.
