Dinner at Gino;s

Recently I dined at Gino's, for the first and last time.

Bread was bland; tasted as if it had been a frozen dough, or had come from a very mediocre bakery. The oil served with the bread my not to my taste. Although I like dipping oil infused with herbs, this also had hot pepper, which I didn't like.
The Tomato-Basil soup was excellent, as was the Blue Cheese dressing on the very small salad.
The Eggplant Parmagani was not flavorful.. The sauce on it was good.
The bill was $27.00.
WAY too much for a not-so-good meal.

We met with a staff member ( I...

Don't book a large party at this place! We met with a staff member ( I believe she's the manager) of Gino's a couple of months before our daughter's wedding and she assured us that the restaurant staff would be able to accommodate our wedding guests (70 people) between the hours of 4:00 &amp;amp; 6:00pm. Our guests began arriving about 3:45 and everyone began placing their orders with the waiters about 4:15. Our food started being served about an hour after we all ordered...putting us behind schedule to be out by 6:00pm (prime dinner hour). About 6:45, the owner came out to our guests and was visibly upset, ordered our DJ to stop playing the tasteful music they allowed and made our guests uncomfortable to say the least. Gino's unprofessional and rude behavior was witnessed by all 70 of us. I'm sure no one wants to give a restaurant like this business in the future. Food was mediocre at best. Dry pasta, tough chicken, bland pizza. Was it worth the $2000 we paid not to mention all the alcohol our guests purchased on their own? I think NOT!
