My family and I want to give a "big shout" of praise and thanks to the All Valley Vet Team! Recently, we were able to bring our new Rough Collies home from adoption.
We purchased the Puppy Package that includes all immunizations on schedule and nail trims and discounts on the future spay and neutering. This is a huge savings of course, But more than anything i was touched how genuine the Vet was with our babies and how knowledgeable she is about the breed and special needs of rough coated collies. The team from front desk staff to the Vet Tech and the Dr. My animals are very dear to me. As im sure your animals are to you. We spend money on family members for their care and our animals are what we hold dear to our hearts. I want to give an honest review to everyone who is looking for quality care with genuine interest and care of your animal. So many times our animals have been through traumatic events that require the expertise of the medical gifted Vets and you want fast answers with hope at least hope in sight. Being a Nurse i can tell you medical dollars are not ones to waste. My animals medical dollars are very important as well. The team at All Valley is strategic and the best of care with conservative costs. My puppies are in fabulous hands of quality care! I have taken all my dogs here over the years to all three of their locations. My pets and I have always been treated well. There is a chance of a wait at the emergency clinic but thats what it is for emergencies.

I have had tooth surgery, spay and immunizations at their two other clinics and things were done professionaly and in a timely manner. I love that they offer the neuter and vaccine clinics at all locations.

I had an old dog that had a sever injury and needed to be put to sleep so I took him to the emergency clinic. The tech and vet were great and very sensitive to my situation, they even cried with me and made sure we had plenty of time to say good bye.

Most recently I had a 5mth old puppy who woke up with a fever. I took him to the emergency and they were very quick and efficient with getting him treated. They also took the time to diagnose him one step at a time rather then every test imaginable which would make my bill unpayable.

I have other family members who use all valley as well and are very happy with them and I would have no problem recommending them to others.

Professional environment. Knowledgable staff. There is a wait because its an emergency clinic, but knowing that its okay. Overall great experience.

When we dropped our dogs off at boarding, they seemed unorganized, they didn't have me fill out a y paperwork, and when I asked if they received the fax from our vet with shot records they stated it was probably in their pile of papers to file. Then I asked to go back worth my dogs to check out where they were staying and I got excuse after excuse from the guy working the front desk. When a lady came to grab them I told her I was coming back, she seemed thrown off but allowed it. The fake grass is worn and my dogs kennel want even cleaned yet from the previous dog. When I dropped my dogs off one had a ear infection, I explained everything and was told a vet tech from the vet side would come over and five the medication. When I picked up my dogs they cowered like they had been hit, the medication wad unopened for the ear infection and I was charged an additional 16$ to "give the medication". It was a horrible stay for our fur babies and I will never go back!

It was a nightmare taking my two dogs to grooming at all valley in meridian. I set my dogs up for 0800 am grooming appointment over the phone a week ago When my husband took them in they told him it was 0900 am. Then when I called to see if they were ready around 1200 they told me that the groomer doesn't start 10:00 and had 6 dogs to do from 0900 appointments. Then my husband calls to see if they are ready and the girl says they are almost done so we drive over there and find out that they haven't even started one of our dogs. They told us it would two more hours. We run some errands and find out they are done and it had only been about 45 min. When I first called they said my one dog wasn't in their system and she should be as I brought her shot records the first time you groomed her. I have asked them a dozen times to take a dog we had that died two years ago out of their system but is still in their system. When we paid for grooming we were so surprised how expensive it was now at this place. No explanation to advise that their prices gone up 20%. Over $100.00 for two dogs, small 9 lb and 32 lb. This really crazy. My husband thought they made a mistake with prices. I had been going for 6 years to this place but they are so unorganized I will never go again not to mention that when my husband dropped our dogs off he explained to them how we wanted them cut. However I still got a call asking me how I wanted them cut. They have lost a number of groomers they had for a long time. The staff and groomers are all new and disorganized. I will start shopping around as they seem to be the most expensive and worst customer service ever. It's too bad that the grooming depth has gone down hill. The vets are good there. Also I noticed that there's not as many customers using them for grooming anymore. The staff attitude at the front desk is terrible. In the past the staff were cheerful and seemed to care about the dogs. Be cautious in taking your dog to them they will set a appointment for 0800 but then tell you it was for 0900 and 7 hours later your dog will be done. Should only be under 3 hours or less especially when you have appointment for grooming at least it use to be when they had a staff and groomers that knew what they doing. Very disappointed that they have gone down hill. My dogs deserve better then waiting in a cage all day to get groomed.
