Judge Eyer presides over kangaroo courts. He allowed DS a well known slum lord in Chambersburg, to get away with charging tenants he had tricked into signing a lease by promising to fix damages left by a previous tenant through a gentleman's agreement, and broke that agreement, then when these same tenants had to break the lease because their daughter had cancer, DS promised let them out of the lease and give a recommendation only if they paid a for two months and walked away from the deposit AND vacated the house in 4 days, which they did. But DS then took the lease that he tricked them into signing which said they accepted the house's condition, but didn't have anything about the verbal agreements made to fix the place, and sue these innocent people for 'damages' made to the house made by the tenant before them. I hope the People of Franklin county read this and remember this the next time Judge Eyer's up for re-election
