I attended this Dental office not too long ago I have full coverage insurance I was told that my insurance would cover my procedures by the billing specialist and come to find out my insurance didnt pay they never had me sign a treatment estiamte because they had checked with my insurance so they said and they obviously didnt this dental office went completely Crazy on me threatening to call my the payroll department at my Job the insurance billing specialist Deana is extrememly rude and unwilling to come to a common agreement i couldn't even get two woeds in she spent most of her time yelling at me and threatening me !!! It was there mistake not mine had I known I couldn't use my insurance there I would have gone else where !! I had a cleaning and then they isisted on replacing a filling that was perfectly fine which come to find out now just caused problems with my teeth !! my cousin attended this dentist office as well and now thanks to them has a missing tooth in her mouth Avoid going to this office Dr. Jennifer Stralow is a young recently new dentis that obviously hasn't had enough experience and her staff need to realize its the patients who are heling provide their pay checks and have more respect for the people who walk in they're door !! The way things are in this area right now alot of people cannot afford to waist they're time or money on this Dentist office trust me if she touches your teeth you will mark my words PAY FOR IT LATER !!

If I could give them one star I would. This dentist does terrible work and is EXTREMELY unprofessional!! You will be sorry if you go to this dentist, I AM!!!



They also are very expensive and dishonest.
