Very honest, excellent work! Went in with my late mother’s diamond on a referral to pick out a new mounting for my wife and found one that I liked. The owner asked if I would like to have it set today. Then he asked if I would like to watch him set it in the ring since we hadn't worked together previously. No one would have done that elsewhere, as I had asked other jewelers and they all said no. As he worked on it he explained every step to me. They are very skilled jewelers. Watching the owner set my mom’s diamond has given me the confidence to recommend them to everyone I know. I will certainly be back and won't go anywhere else for my jewelry. BTW, they have moved to Highland Heights, Ohio, but have the same phone number. It's only 10 minutes form the old location on Mentor Avenue.
