Pic A Pet Plus

I wouldn’t have wasted my money not knowing I couldn’t return a pair of dog $20 shoes that my dog won’t even wear, the worker told me that I would be able to get a full refund as long as I had my receipt and they were not dirty. She said that if they were dirty I would only get store credit. I go in today trying to return them and the woman told me I would only get store credit after telling me yesterday something completely different. The past 2 times I have been there it seems this company picks money over service every time. I am dissatisfied and will be driving an extra 30+ minutes to get good service and better prices. I don’t know what your policies are but they need to change if you want your customer base to continue to be happy, the ones you still have.

I love this place, it is so cool! I love the fact that you get 100% interaction with the animals! I especially love that one animal that runs around when the single mother is there, I do wish she'd pick that other one off the floor though and put it in a cage! I also love that this store is so generous in their attempt to help the other stores at the strip mall, like the buffet 2 stores down, they didn't have enough money to print out menus so the guys that own this place posted it on their window just for us consumers! Thank You pic a pet! You make it so much more convenient to get pets, I'm never going to the shelter again!
