Will be going elsewhere-I adopted a dog, and went to this clinic, as this is where he had been taken previously. I have been there a total of 2 times, and will be going elsewhere. The first visit, I got his shots updated. I was told to come back in in a few weeks for a booster, and that visit would only be the price of the shots, as there wouldn't need to be a wellness exam. Come a few weeks later, I get a voicemail reminder for my appointment, but not for the time I had scheduled it for (the time they had written on my reminder card). I call, assuming they said the wrong time, but no, my appointment had been scheduled wrong apparently, and there was nothing they could do now. Never an apology given. So I re-arrange my schedule to make the appointment. At the end of my appointment, my bill is higher than I am expecting. While looking at the itemized bill, I see there is a "technician visit" charge. I ask why this is there, as I had been told the visit would simply be the cost of the shots. She said that it had to be charged when there is a visit without an exam, and I must have misunderstood what I had been told on my last visit. Now, the extra $20.50 on my bill for that doesn't bother me, what does is the fact that I never heard an apology once. Not once. So from now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I am treated like a person, not just a wallet.

We brought our puppy in because we thought he broke his leg so I heard they were good and they are excellent! They were able to help him right away! They were suppose to charge us an emergency price but they ended up charging us for a regular exam which saved me 30 bucks. They also did a full exam right away too! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Defiantly going back!
