        Over 50 years, Omega Tool Inc. has been designing and building molds for several industries, including cap and closure, automotive, appliance, aerospace, electronics as well as consumer goods. Based in Wisconsin, it designs unscrew, 2-shot, insert/sweeping core molds and molds that mold over and cut off rope. The company's design team utilizes Pro-E, SolidWorks and AutoCAD to produce mold designs. It uses equipment, such as card-cam systems, lathes, computer numerical control (CNC), grinding, electrical discharge machines, quality control and injection molding presses.
