Debbie Fairless and all her staff are always professional and courteous. I have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. My family just loves them. Will continue to go there. If you ever have any issues, the office manager is always able to resolve any issues and is a very nice lady as well as the rest of the staff. They make you feel like your at home.

My experience with Mrs.zinke and her nurse was great. My experience with the office manager was horrible. She fired me for missing an appointment I didn't schedule. I asked her to account for this discrepancy and she wouldn't!! She was supposed to start the process of scheduling an MRI for me and never did get it scheduled or call to inform me that she hadn't.....she had 4 months to do so. She said that the NP and RN worked for her and she was the boss so whatever she says is how its going to be. Now, through all of this she was polite but she was unable to account for ANY sound reasoning behind her descions and unable to prove there was a cause for me being fired for missing an appointment!! God Bless her and I pray that she doesn't treat anyone else the way she treated me.

Debbie Fairless is a awesome physician I would recomend her to fsmilies with all ages, kids and adults she is the best!!
