Turfco Pest Control

I've had they're service for two years and have never had a problem with the company. All of the bad reviews are from years ago and I find it hard to believe that the company they're reviewing is the same company. They've always been nice to me and I've only had to call once - they gave me great service when I did.

Just like the two previous posters, I am currently dealing with fraudulent charges from Turfco. I received an invoice for service that was cancelled 2.5 YEARS ago, and when I called about it, I was told I was being turned into collections if I didn't pay. They have a history of screwed up billing, as I received invoices from them for a period of months following our move, and was told when I called that my account was settled, to "rip up any invoices" I received, and that they were having a problem with their system. Now, 2 years after the last accidental invoice was received, I get an invoice for 6 months worth.



Also, Turfco's sister company is Fort Knox. Avoid both like the plague.

I THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU CHARGE PEOPLE LIKE THAT WHEN THEIR ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN TERMINATED!!!!!!!!!!! HOW DO YOU GUYS EVEN HAVE A BUSINESS WHEN YOU SUCK AT YOUR BUSINESS??!!!!!!!





PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE MENTALLY CHALLENGED, HAVE BAD OFFICE ASSISTANTS, AND AN ABSOLUTE MORON FOR THE PRESIDENT AND MANAGER RUNNING THE SO CALLED "BUSINESS"!!

This company has continued to debit my bank account for large, unauthorized amounts and refuses to refund them. When I called to dispute, I received the rudest treatment I have ever received in a 'customer service' venue and was hung up on before I was given the chance to speak.



Check the Better Business Bureau rating for this company and you will see that this is an unethical company that needs to be put out of business before they can steal money from any more unsuspecting customers and former customers.

Warning!! Do not do business with this company. I am one of their FORMER customers, but they are continuing to debit my bank account for large amounts randomly. When I called Turfco to dispute these charges, I was spoken to in an extremely rude manner and hung up on.



They have received 121 Better Business Bureau complaints in the last 36 months alone and have been profiled on News Channel 3 for unethical business practices, including continuing to charge customers who no longer receive service and not providing service while the customer is paying.



Be careful and check a company out with the BBB before you sign up for anything.
