        unhappy victim!

        I am very disappointed to have been duped by a mail fraud scam operated through this office. I did verify that it was a "Mail Boxes Etc." and thought they would have verified the legitimacy of this company...#432 Unity Home Services

        It is very unfortunate that this person was scammed by one of the box holders at our location. However, any type of fraud or wrong doing by any mailbox customer is the responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service. There was a thorough investigation done on this matter in which we fully cooperated with all authorities and consequentially this box was closed. We hope that this clarifies the issue as we are very dedicated to great cutomer satisfaction at this store.
