Worse service EVER. Damaged my car and refused to fix it correctly. The manager Tony is so rude. Do not waste your money there

Greattttt tire shop ! They take care of you sufficiently. Stopped by on my lunch break recently to get my tire changed. I've been to them several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Great guys!

I bought a set of rims and tires from this shop 3 months ago, only to find out that two of the rims were totally bent. After a month of harrassing phone calls and lies, I was given another new set of rims with the same new tires. 2 months later I went to gateway tire for and alignment and balance because of a terrible vibration, I was told that the tires were no good and was shown personally. I called this shop to see Wat I could do and the first response was we don't warranty anything but I can get u another one for $140, dummy, I will never do business with you again and would not recommend this shop to anyone the service is horrible and most of the tires techs are convicted felons with no training. This is a great loss to me I'm black but I'm done with ratchet black owned businesses.
