This is the worst carpet cleaner company I have ever had contact with. First, don't believe the coupons. I called them, explained my house in detail. They gave me a quote- then came to my house and told me that it would cost 500 more dollars- AFTER they began! I now see the BBB has had many complaints similar to this. Secondly- the floor is NASTY- actually worse than before we had it cleaned. We even called and complained, they came out again and did it a second time. The second tech told us how the first tech did it all wrong. We were hopeful that it would now be clean. Wrong- still disgusting. Save yourself the trouble- and have it done by someone else the first time.
