I-Bank Mortgage

I have a car loan with this company. I had been paying extra every month for the extra to go directly into principle. After 20 payments and a phone call for another issue, I find out that the extra has NOT been going into the principle.I am trying to get this issue fixed and have been ignored and brushed off numerous times by both supervisor Kathy and customer service manager Candy. I am trying to be nice by not posting their last names.....I tried calling and was on hold for OVER AN HOUR!!!!!!!!I do not recommend this branch to anyone. They do not seem to care about their customers once they have the loan. I suggest you shop around for another bank that excels in customer serviceMaybe these posts will help me to receive a phone call back with a solution from customer service manager Candy
