Holley's Wrecker Service

I would not return to do business, and in
fact would discourage anyone from ever doing business with Holley Automotive.
My experience was a poor example of professionalism. The owner didn't have much customer service experience, the owner dismissive and not friendly. I was told someone would look at it, I figured someone could lift the hood or lean down and tell me what it could be? However, it was put on a lift rack, not aware I would be charged a "service fee" for something as simple as explaining where a leak was coming from under my
vehicle. I was never informed me of any fees in advance for doing so. In addition I was given a outrageous list of issues wrong with the vehicle and extremely costly estimate. Aware that I am a woman driving a vehicle that was running hot and could probably use some fluid, didn't even offer nor attempt to help by putting water in it.
The fee was unexpected, as it took my last dollar and what change I managed to dig out of the bottom of my purse. I struggled to make due for my family that week...it was Christmas. NO THANKS HOLLEY AUTOMOTIVE!
