This place is a joke! The worst customer service ever. Blonde clerk didn't even know JOB makes 1.0 size papers! She said, 'they don't make them in that size, if they did

we'd carry them'. I just had to laugh. She used incorrect terms for glass pieces and

their prices were ridiculous. They are still in business because of location only.

My advice, walk across to Whatever. They are not the best but they are miles better

than this establishment. Highland Smoke Shop is a great place to meet redneck crack heads who don't know their own products!

Recently I had the pleasure to purchase some killer glass and meet two very helpful & funny female employees. The selection and prices are the best. The female employees made me laugh long after I left the shop. I'll be back soon.

Have anything u need cheaper than the other stores great service . :-)

STAY AWAY!! Worst customer service.! The Indians that own the place and work there, think there better and above then everone else! Prices are WAAY to high with very low quality product!! They are very rude, and Ignorant..! I em 19 - female .. And was told to go f**k myself for simply asking for a deal I had been getting on a reg. basis. I will NEVER go back! EVER!

Great store with a great staff. It's a pretty small store (which i like), but it still has tons of selection, and great prices. Never have to wait very long in line, and questions are answered with knowledge and guidance.They even helped in the decision making process without trying to sell me stuff I didn't want/need. A previous reviewer expressed distaste in the staff, but they couldn't be more wrong. I've never encountered a slurring girl there, just friendly helpful people. It is a head shop though, so customers should be able to handle anyone in there that might be "havin' a nice daze."

I have never in my life been talked to & treated the way the OWNER treated me. I was ignored and rushed..then when I wanted info on some products, neither the owner or the cashier would give me any. I told them that I wouldn't be back and they both smiled and laughed...who wants to buy from people like that? Not to mention the cashier was slurring her words to the point where I knew she was on something..I honestly believe they get high in that shop. Who knows...all I do know for a fact is I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Best selection & prices for herbal incense in town, hands down...no reason to go elswhere for it!

They also carry a vast array of smoking accessories, all reasonably priced, cigarettes, novelty pills & powders ( no bath salts ) and even wireless hours!

The staff members are VERY cool and helpful....can't recommend this place highly enough, especially if herbal incense is what ya need.
