Doggie Styles Grooming

I purchased a dog grooming from Groupon a few months ago. My dog was there for at least nine hours only to have been half cut and hungry. I made numerous attempts (over 30 phone calls) to schedule his grooming completion as instructed by the lady owner. It took 3 weeks for her to rerun my call to schedule another appointment. I arrived at the next appointment at 8am before office hours per her request, but she never showed up. I made several calls and left voice messages, but never received a return call. I eventually left after waiting 2 1/2 hours. There was another gentleman that was there at 8am, but left and said he would return. Needless to say, my services were never completed and the groupon has not been redeemed. I'm not sure if I would want this unprofessional company to provide any services to my puppy. I am wondering if this is a legitimate business or not.

I decided to try this small business after seeing a deal on Groupon. I am usually a big supporter of small businesses; however, I am very disappointed with the service, or lack of, that I received here. I made an appt. for 8:30 a.m. I was at the facility 10 minutes early. I waited in the parking lot until after 9 a.m. calling the office, knocking on the door, calling the owner's cell phone, and even sending text messages. There was also another lady waiting who had an appt. and tried calling multiple times. She did not call me to let me know she needed to cancel until after I decided to leave - very unprofessional and inconsiderate of her client's time. I was an hour late for work and it all could have been avoided with communication. I cancelled my appt. and the Groupon. I will not be going back.
