Dobbs Nissan

I agree with Madwomanna. Very decietful. Say that they've never been beaten on price and then I go to Jim Kerras and beat their price by $1500. They also try to sell you a number etched on window and call it "theft protection" that probably costs them $5 and they say it costs $399. They also tried to sell me an "extended warranty", which is a good thing, but they asked $1200 more for same warrany I got at Jim Kerras. You'd think Nissan North America would monitor that.Guess that they have to do something to help pay for new building. Do yourself a favor and go to Jim Kerras NIssan and save a lot of money.

I had the BEST car buying expierence ever at Dobbs Nissan!! I shopped the other stores in the Memphis area and it was the same old steriotypical car sales expierence. Salespeople standing out front smoking, looking like vultures ready to pounce on you as you get out of your car etc, etc. Dobbs Nissan was COMPLETELY different, I would have saved a lot of time if I would have stopped their first. From the time I arrived, I felt they really wanted to help me find the car that was best for me. Brian Malone (my salesperson) was awesome! He took his time and was not pushy. The sales manager Kevin Riche was great to. The General Manager of Dobbs Nissan, Jeff Smith, took time to welcome me and when I purchased he thanked me for buying a car from Dobbs Nissan! I cannot say enough good things about Dobbs Nissan. Their new store on Hacks Cross is beautiful! Thanks Again Dobbs Nissan!!
