Destination XL

Awful customer service compared to what it used to be! My husband has been shopping here for years. The staff used to be personable...remembered him by name... went above and beyond to make a sale. Now, the customer service is generic, snooty, and very impersonal. Unfortunately, it's the only place in town with a decent selection for big and tall. If it weren't for that, we would no longer step foot in this place!
