Very professional! Wonderful friendly environment! They have snacks and lottery tickets as well which you can enjoy while waiting for your car to be cleaned.

My family and I have been using the Chism carwash for years.

I had to tell the man washing my car to rewash it because the tires and rims were still dirty after he told me my car was done. There were several missed spots on my car. Two employees tried to con me out of $15 under the table claiming that they supplied better wax than the owners and that they had their own wax. They told me the owners would charge me $30 for a wax job. I had to keep pointing out spots that were not vacuumed correctly in the inside of my car and every customer who came after me left before me. I waited over an hour for my car to be ready and it still wasn't a good hand wash job. I had been coming for years to support this business, but today was my last day. Business has gone downhill. When I told one of the men washing my car I was disappointed, he still expected a tip and told me I could have told him I was disappointed before he stopped everything he was doing to help me. The impression I got was that the workers are greedy and lazy.

They wash cars with ajax. They steal and there not legally open anymore. If you go now they will charge you like they are open. Closed by feds

I went there to get my car wash on 02-13-15. This was my first time going to get my car washed. The guy that washed my car stole all my change and eat most of my M&M candy that was left in my cup holder. What really upset me was I left him a $5 tip and he didn't even clean the inside of the car properly including my tires and the outside was still dirty. I called to complain about my experience and Mrs Chism (the owner) was being extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of her listening to me, cause I at that point I was highly upset, she just antagonize the situation, making it worst. Please people wash your car yourself or take your money to other respectable car wash. This people are thieves and don't deserve your business or money.

False advertising! Bad Business! Watch Out!! I had been coming to Express Chism on a regular basis to get my SUV washed. I really didn't have much to say until they started trying to scheme people out of their money! I've been charged different prices it seems they are charging however the wind blows. I complained about it and stated why did you charge me one price and then change it and charging me something else. The young lady said its $15 so I said ok but you didn't charge me that last time. After the SUV was washed. I came back up there with a car. It suppose to be $10 for cars and she said $13 inside and out and I said I don't want the inside done it doesn't needs it. She told me whether or not you get the outside done or inside/out it's $13 and the owner told her to do it on Fri/Sat. There was no type signs advertising that only $10. Scheming people anyway they could. And how are you going to force someone to pay for what they did not need? I've heard they were doing that but it finally happened to me. I then ask for the manger and the young lady that was supposedly be the manager told me oh where is your car and yes we charge $10.98. I said what! Are you charging taxes? She said yes that's the price and I told her what the other young lady said and she told me oh yeah I forgot yes that's right he probably did tell her that. So beware when you go up there. Watch out for the fast talk and lies. If you are going to charge a another price you need to take down your advertising price. I've recommended family/friends there but not anymore!!! That would be my last alternative I'll take it somewhere else or I rather do it myself I'll do a better job anyway!

Never, Never, Never use Chism Express. A month ago, an employee moved my father' truck and put a two thousand dent in it. The Chisms have been giving us the run around every since. Some customer service. Where's the integrity of making it right. All we asked for was the 500 dollar deductible. First the better business office, next Andy Wise on your side!!!
