Good Shepherd Hospice

Avoid this hospice as they make promises they can not or will not keep. My husband and I have suffered through 5 months of their eratic, incompetent, uncaring hospice services, and rather than enhancing his last days they have frustrated and stressed him out to the point he'd rather die then continue to deal with them. As of this writing, they have provided no services (except pain meds) for a week, but of course continue to bill. Going up the chain of command results in more unreturned phone calls.
