Extreme Hwy Recovery & Towing

We were a vendor for Extreme Towing. We handled a an emergency for one of their vehicles. We did not receive payment when the service was completed. We called multiple times to receive payment that we were supposed to receive on the spot. After being promised multiple times for payment, we finally contacted the owner. Before we could even explain why we were calling, the owner told us that we were "tying up their phone lines" and didn't care that they still have not paid for the emergency service we provided for us. Then he proceeded to hang up on us. Unlike Extreme, we don't have the capability to hold vehicles in our lot until we get paid. You would think a company that deals with these situations themselves would be more cooperative.Case is still unresolved. Don't do business with people who can't handle their accounts. Not a good sign for the consumer.
