        Overall

        They did not show up to pick us up at the cruise terminal. They also did not call or text. I called to confirm pick up time and place before we left on our cruise. They said everything is fine. DO NOT USE!!!!!! I had 2 handicapped people with us and could not take a bus! That is why we used them. BEWARE!!!!
