I took my vehicle to the dealer thinking I would get taken care of quickly and properly. One would think that if they sell cars, are trained on repairing them, and work on them on a regular basis, that they would be able to repair your vehicle correctly with any hesitation on what the problem is and what the right repair is. Well, when I took my car into the dealer they replaced 3 different items and insisted that the noise was "sounding better"! First of all, I didn't pay them to make the noise "sound better" I paid them to fix it so there would be NO noise. Basically, the dealer could find the problem and they were swapping parts at my expense to guess at what is was.

When I took my car over to Eric from Kopf's he had the vehicle for just a few hours when he called and said he found the problem right away. It just took him a few hours to get to my vehicle. My car was repaired CORRECTLY in no time and the part was under $75! That was a bit better experience than spending over $500 and having the problem still there!



Kopf's is the only place in town I will ever trust to do my automotive repairs. Thanks Eric and Sharon! You guys are the best!
