All Overstock

We shop there all the time. It’s nice, clean and organized. They like to keep it that way. The owners mom is there most of the time, a real gem. She is so friendly and helpful.

What im assuming to be a manager here was following myself and my 2 toddlers and came behind me and asked my kids to stop touching the toys, which I was letting them pick out what they wanted to purchase. I asked him if he saw me making sure they put each item back exactly where and how they found it, which he said he did but he didn't want my kids messing up his store. I asked again if he saw them "tearing anything up" to which he said he didn't but then reiterated he didn't want my kids tearing up his store. I took the 2 toys my kids had, gave them back, including the one my daughter had already started to open and left. My kids aren't unruly, by any means, but now my 4 yr old is crying because the "man doesn't want us in his store" . I've purchased things before here and have been pleased because they have great deals, but now, this guy can kick rocks.

I have never had a problem with this place until they left a sticker on the box of a playhouse that I purchased for $190 when the price on the box said $77. That much of a markup is unacceptable and when I went back to see if I could get some of my money back, the owner would not do anything for me. I've bought so many big ticket items from this store but I will never shop there again and unless you want to get ripped off too, I would not recommend for anyone to shop there. They lost a very good customer today.
