Overall

Horrible Customer Service

I called to get a quote regarding having service done to my car. The man who answered the phone quickly started accusing me of not understanding my car. He then became rude and belligerent. Finally I had to tell him that he was in the wrong speaking to me like that. I will never go to the shop.
