Loosen Up Niva999-sometimes it's nice to hear a company being more relatable and friendly. I am just glad when I call I actually speak with a real person.

The first time I called, I politely asked the man who answered if I may ask some questions about the residential pickup services they provide. His immediate response was "well, time is money!" I paused in shock, and then said no, thank you, if they were too busy to give me information...then I couldn't finish my sentence because the man said "what, you can't take a joke?" I was under the impression this was a trash company, not a joke shop. Needless to say, this company lost my potential business.
