Dental Examination
Preventive and Diagnostic Services – Part of our job as pediatric dentists is to lay the foundation for a lifetime of good oral health. This includes dental cleanings and exams every 6 months, along with hygiene instructions to give children the tools they need to take good care of their teeth.

We offer comprehensive oral check-ups including x-rays, teeth cleaning, exam and fluoride treatments. Other pediatric treatments we offer include fillings, sealants, gentle extractions, stainless steel crowns and pulps. Interceptive Orthodontics – The goal of interceptive orthodontics is to minimize or eliminate the need for orthodontic treatment once a child's adult teeth have come in. These treatments include habit appliances to stop thumbsucking and re-train improper tongue position, space maintainers, and molar rotation.

Received her undergraduate degree at NYU and her dental degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Her post graduate training continued at Stony Brook University School of Dentistry where she was a Fellow at Dental Care for the Developmentally Disabled Program.

Suffolk Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics has taken care of children's teeth for over 40 years. In fact, our practice is one of the first pediatric dentistry providers in Suffolk County. Many of the parents who bring their children to our offices in Port Jefferson Station or Wading River were patients of ours when they were children too. Kids know us for our friendly staff and iconic tooth-on-a-banana-chair logo, but parents know us as competent, caring professionals.

Orthodontics – Our practice offers both traditional metal and ceramic braces as well as Invisalign Teen and Adult Invisalign. Once treatment is completed, we will provide a retention device to make sure your teeth stay in place.

My 13 year old daughters teeth came out perfect. She gets so many compliments since her braces came off. Now for my next daughter to get her braces. Staff and dentists/orthodontists are always so nice.

Cosmetic Services – When a child chips a tooth, we can use cosmetic bonding to restore its appearance. For teens who have recently had braces removed or have staining for any other reason, we offer whitening treatments to give them confidence in their smiles.
