I love, Ilovekickboxing!! The instructors are great! They are excellent at mixing cardio, fitness and "fighting" kickboxing. I really enjoy classes, there is a great mix between all the different combinations, cardio etc. The more classes you take the better you get to know the instructors and they are really able to cater the class to you.

Amazing. The staff and the other people on the class are all there to help and motivate you to your fullest. It is a great time. And a truly beneficial workout.

iLoveKickboxing is phenomenal! It’s the first workout I’ve found that REALLY works, and I love it so much! All of the instructors are great, helpful, and motivating, and I’ve been seeing amazing changes in my body ever since I started. I’ve never been so strong, proud, and confident in my body!

I started taking classes here after I purchased a groupon and I've never looked back! The support and encouragement from staff is unlike anything I've experienced anywhere else. I've done crossfit, TRX, spin and barre classes and this is by far the best workout you'll find! I promise you won't regret this class (though you will be pretty sore the next day!)

This place is AWESOME!! I joined this place with a group of friends for Kickboxing and Muay Thai. The best workout, the only chance in the entire day to get all the stress, frustration out of your body and use it efficiently to built up your muscles, core strength and endurance. You are all sweaty, stinky, glowing vibrantly and peaceful when you leave this place. Totally works on your mind, focus, coordination, proper body mechanics and balance. The energy is very high and all the people are always excited about trying different and new exercises and strength challenges. You see the little ninjas getting trained and their humbleness and strength is admiring. Ninja and his wife Anna are the most loving and caring people you can ever meet. Not to forget his 3 little cute ninjas who steal your heart! Of course the other instructors including Chris who kicks my ass every morning!
This is the best place for workout and for getting inner peace!!

This place is awesome!! The staff are very nice and wicked helpful. They know what they're doing and they make the workouts challenging but doable for all skill levels! Never the same workout twice!! I've been going for a few weeks now and signed up for a year membership! Can't wait to take more classes!

If you are looking for a great workout this is the place to be. I know a lot of people worry about being able to keep up with the fast pace of class. Don’t let that hold you back from giving these classes a try. You are able to go at your own rate and adjust if needed. I purchased the Groupon with 10 classes, it was well worth my money. Before you are even finished with your Groupon you realize how much you love the class. I’ve just finished my 10 classes and have already seen a difference. The instructors are all very nice and helpful. They give you that extra push you need to keep you motivated.

I have taken kickboxing classes since December, and it is amazing! Every day we have a new challenge, the trainers are the best and I can really see the difference in my body! Thanks to everyone there, you are making a huge difference in my life!

I owe Ilovekickboxing my life. A few 5 months ago I turned 49 yrs old, I found myself weighting 274 lbs. I could not believe it! Not too long before that I hit the 250 lb mark and now 274lbs. I was in big trouble. I didn’t think I could workout due to a ruptured disc, sciatica, knee pain Planters fasciitis and many other aches and pains. A diet wasnt gonna work for long either. Then I found out about Ilovekickboxing. My first class was tough, but I loved it. I hadn’t worked out in about two years. I kept thinking – What was I thinking?. After about the 3rd class I felt so strong and ready to work it out , not because I could do the workout out, but it was the instructors, my class mate and the results. I felt that everyone wanted me to succeed. They made me so motivated. I am 43 lbs down and cant wait to reach my goal. Ilovekickboxing truly has change my life.

ovekickboxing is an awesome place to get fit with no intimidation. The staff there are extremely motivating and encouraging, especially for beginners like me. I have never really worked out in public or with trainers before but here I feel very comfortable. They focus on your health and push you to your max so you can give your best.
