        Worst service ever
        I have a 2015 dodge journey with barely 11,000 miles the a/c stopped working and took it to get it serviced since it only blows HOT air and i have 2 kids the heat is ubearable and the guy said he could help me untill an appointment 10 days away..i asked for a rental or loaner he said he couldnt help me not to mention he was rude now i ha e to drive around with heat in my car with my 2 kids for 10 days even though the climate control is off it still blows 80 degree air..worst service ever i wouldnt recomend it to amyone.

        Stay away from Grava. Terrible experience with both the sales people and the service department.

        This dealership doesn't like to due warranty work. They refused do fix my new vehicle and its under warranty. They have poor service stay away. Do your research one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to.
