ASA Road service

Driver was rude, disrespectful, and tacky making disgusting comments like he's on his way to "fix" me. And kept calling me Hunny and sexy. Made me very uncomfortable. It was uneeded and made me feel disgusted. Completely unprofessional.

We locked our keys in the car and called State Farm Road Side Assistance and had excellent customer service. They told us Asa would be there within the hour to unlock our car. The first time we called they showed up after the hour. We called again in the morning and they showed up an hour and a half later than the timeframe of one hour. We finally called the third time and they came within the hour. He kept telling us he waited two hours he first night even though he did not show up within the hour we were promised.



I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not show up in a timely manner.

*** DO NOT TRUST!! *** STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I needed my tire changed and my insurance company with road side assistance called ASA Road Service to come out and help fix my tire.

The guy showed up in a 'wife beater' and when taking off the lugnuts, he ended up somehow pushing in the metal screw that grips the lugnut.

It went from a simple tire change to getting my car towed and several hundred dollars later in repairs.

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!

I called ASA several times and spoke with the most ignorant and rude 'assistant manager' who told me, nobody could get back to me for 48hrs! 48hrs!!!

No car..for 48hrs...



Stay away from this place like the plague! There are other reviews on this place with similar experiences! They won't be in business long with this type of customer service and service in general.
