Cook-Out

Side items poor. Four small soggy onion rings. Small cup of slaw that was just moist, tasteless chopped cabbage. So call big double burger skimpy on toppings and not nearly as good as a typical Hardees double burger. Cashier was pleasant and friendly. This was my second disappointing visit to a Cook Out and my last.

Got a mint chocolate chip milkshake today. Found a walnut in the bottom, to bad my son is highly allergic to nuts! Oh, and this is after I had to back back in because they didn't put all of the order in the bag at the drive-threw. Not impressed at all!

We have been going to Cookouts for years & have been satisfied with the food & service. We will never go to any Cookouts ever again after our visit to the Cookout in Mechanicsville, Va today. The combo side if onions rings was four with two the size of a quarter. When I told them about about this all they said they could do nothing. All I needed was a decent order for my money. The manager came out with a bag of I guess onion rings as we were leaving after probably being told of our unsatisfaction. Too late after blowing our wonderful dining experience. Stick to other fast food chains like KFC that actually give adequate portions for a human being & not a bird. Maybe Cookout should realize it's a good thing to make sure their customers are happy.
