Our appointment with Luke Songer was more than we expected. We had many questions for him regarding the window product available for our house and the type of product as well as the manufacturing process. He was knowledgeable about the product and even showed us a video which went over the manufacturing process and had a sample of the window which revealed the ease of cleaning it. In addition, he checked and measured every window in the house as well as a description of it. Most important of all, he listened to our questions, answered them easily and in areas where we were hesitant, offered suggestions. He thoroughly explained the pricing options and the contract we would be signing. Lastly, he described the steps involved with the formal follow-up measurement of each window for the manufacture and installation of them.

The response from the company was quick, and Andy, the consultant who came to talk to us about the options for our replacement windows, was very knowledgeable and very nice. We did not feel pressured in any way, and enjoyed working with him as we made our design decisions.

Crew leader, Jim gave us a courtesy call about 20-minutes before he arrived. He and his team were very professional and pleasant to talk with. Jim explained in great detail how to operate the new windows and stressed the one thing that most customers forget about the upper sash after it is tilled. GREAT JOB!

Our salesman Dave came out and gave a very complete view of a new window, the materials it is made of and what to expect if we decided to purchase their product. He answered all questions while not pushing us to commit to buying a new window. We had no intention signing a contract that night but in the end we decided to do it. The superior quality of the materials and Dave's friendly manner and also his knowledge made us comfortable to make this decision. I'm looking forward to the next step and then having the new windows installed. The first step of this process has been a great experience.

The quality of the product in comparison to other manufactures is incredible. Small details makes a difference and worth the money. Installation is a key too. Two thumbs up!
