        Overall

        I have studied karate with Shihan Whitfield for over 10 years. She is an excellent instructor for both adults and children. She is the kind of teacher that not only teaches well, but inspires and encourages her students to live to their fullest potential. I highly recommend Zanshin Karate & Fitness Center!
