        My sister just moved to Sheridan today from Salem and doesn't know the area at all. She was involved in an accident on the way to her new house and her car was abandoned on the side of the road in a ditch when she was taken by ambulance to the ER. I am in Keizer and had no way to get to her to get the car. I called Avance Taxi and spoke with Bobby who graciously agreed to go pick my sister up and take her to her car and helped her get the car out of the ditch. This was above and beyond top notch service. I couldn't even find any other cabs that serve the Sheridan area so Bobby was a lifesaver and her fees are outstandingly fair too. Thank you so much Bobby for being the one bright light in this otherwise terrible day. I can't say thank you enough.
