Hate the from office staff

They have bad social skills they did a rush job on my EEG hook up and the machine went dead while using it at home

When took back the EEG until the office staff were Cold and Rude

Dr is not on time, watching receptionist over and over tell people they don't have appointment, billing errors, did not bill my secondary insurance, sent wrong information possible diagnosis to insurance company, so was denied coverage. "Oops, is what I get"

I was expecting more of this nice looking doctor's office. First I waited 15 minutes in line just to check in, then the television was playing a very inappropriate show talking about women's private parts. There were a total of 5 young children in the waiting room while this was playing. When I finally get called back, an hour and half had passed. The medical assistant then types in the information I had filled out the paperwork for about 10 minutes before he asks me questions. He was a nice guy, but their procedures were very time consuming. Finally I am left in the room, and still haven't seen the doctor. Maybe he is a good doctor, and the wait is worth it, but I am growing impatient so after being their for almost 2 hours I decide to leave.
