I just left Market Street as an employee and had a very enjoyable experience working there as well as being a long time Market Street customer. The staff is friendly and will help you locate items in the store. Full, fresh and friendly is the motto there and employees are trained that the customer comes first. If my arthritic knees had allowed me to continue to work there, I would be.

The store manager Mike Foster has very high standards for employees but I understand why. Customers tend to complain and they WILL complain if team members are seen eating while on the floor working, not to mention that doing so is not professional. If you want a job that allows you to play on your cell phone all day, don't bother applying. Employees work hard but they are also given recognition for their hard work.

If you want a pleasant experience while shopping, quality meats and produce, this is the go to store!

G.M. And head of in store demos (Susan) are extremely rude to their younger employees. I have witnessed it first hand,more than once. I will not spend another dime in that store until these two are replaced. I have actually seen employees working on their shift with tears on their faces When I ask them (yes I'm nosey and concerned) they always answer the same. They were fired. The GM Mike fired a young employee on Christmas Eve that ate a Christmas treat and he had been given permission by another manager to eat the piece of candy. Susan also treats her employees like crap. Check into it and you'll see I'm right.
