Heather's Squeaky Clean House Cleaning

I purchased a Groupon for Heather's Squeaky clean. I called the business to make an appointment, but no one answered the phone and I got a message that the mail box was full. I was finally able to leave a message at one point but no one returned it. Eventually I was able to make an appointment through Groupon scheduling, the first available was several weeks out. The appointment was today but when I checked my Groupon account it said it had been cancelled. I attempted calling the business number again but of course, no answer and my message has not been returned. Not very professional.
