Formulated Dental Plan

I can tell you I saved over $1,100 on each of my two kids braces. My son and daughter have loved their dentist and the Orthodontist office too.

From the first time we used Formulated Dental Plan, we have been very impressed by the friendly, competent service and staff. Also, Dr. Warren is very friendly; he explains things very well and is extremely carful not to cause one any pain (something that every dentist should be, but some are not). The office itself is clean, well organized and patient friendly. And last but not least, the plan we have saves us about half of what we would have to pay if we did not have the plan. I just saved over $100 with this plan (again)! and I love Dr. Goodheart, so i was just letting the world know! Yeah!

I just want to weigh in real quick. Me and my wife together saved over $250 this week. ... plus I've got had 6 cavities (5 more) for the last five years I have been putting this off. Not any more! Love my dentist.

I just sent you the invoice for my new teeth. I am so proud of them and Dr. Rich and her staff are wonderfully pleasant. I just need to learn to get used to them and have adjustments made etc. I'm sure Dr. Rich's staff will make it go smoothly. Thank goodness for Formulated Dental Plan for the discounts, I would not have been able to afford to have my teeth worked on... I can't say it any better, WONDERFUL...

... well I just came back from my Dental appointment and I had my husband call because we need new member cards. I sit here with a swollen mouth but happy pocket book! I saved $3,330.60 on a root canal 2 crowns and 2 inlays and a filling, it was supposed to be $6,244 but I only paid 2,913.40! However, this phone number listed is wrong, they said it was from some lady who worked from her home 5 years ago and yellow pages won't update it. anyway there number is 888-999-2780 or 469-742-0750 I give them a high rating!

This plan is a great alternative to traditional coverage. You can use this plan in your local city, or even when yo are traveling. I have saved so much, on Dr visits, prescriptions and for my dental needs. The staff is friendly and helpful! They have a toll free number 1-888-999-2780 that is accessible anywhere in the country. I personally feel this plan has a wide variety of coverage, including Chiropractic coverage. This plan is affordable and easy to pay for, as they just take the money from my personal account monthly. Simple and easy to use. I get my discount right at the DR and dentist office no hassel at all! I simply show my card, and they tell me what i have to pay right then and there. I am so glad Formulated Dental Plan helps those of us in need for affordable coverage!

This is a BIG rip off. DO NOT WASTE your money and if you do, good luck trying to get in touch with these people. I have 4 phone numbers and can't get a real person. You get a message with two of them and the other two don't work. They should not be allowed to continue this operation. DO NOT invest your hard earned money in this program.
