        Overall

        Rent is $465.00 per month (3 person room). Very little privacy. Rent includes bed & dresser/3 meals per day/free washer and dryer service. Big Screen TV with 7 local channels (no movies or sports). Alcohol and drug use throughout facility. Tenants are mental health patients, people suffering from addiction, and parolees on Megan's List (38%) of tenant population. Lots of theft and physical/verbal altercations. Ray and Alberta are great, but that's about it for this place.
