Oceans Environmental Waste Service

Absolutely dreadful in every sense of the word. Signing up & paying for the service was easy enough. Getting them to actually come out...not so much. I had the service for three weeks & had to call every week when my trash was not picked up. Each time I called I was told a different "pick up" day. At no point did I ever see their garbage truck & the ONE time that my trash was picked up (not on the scheduled day I might add) it was by the receptionist's husband. After numerous calls, I canceled & I was issued a partial refund. Seems that having a non-employee come & gather garbage counts as a pick up. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.



S/N The receptionist was very nice throughout the entire ordeal. I wish nothing but the best for her. Bless your heart.

Great service nice people to deal with they take the hassle out of trash.
