I had heard that the staff was extremely rude, (& not by just 1 person) I almost did not go in because of this but it's Christmas and I'm stretched and stressed and went out of necessity.
I was on my guard and frankly ready for or up for an altercation but I had a very pleasant experience. The young saleslady was Kennedy and she was very attentive and helpful and there were LOTS of people in there but I had her complete attention.
I give it 5 stars because of her.

I read all the reviews and felt that I needed to tell how good of an experience I had when buying some jewelry for my daughter, the selection was great and the service was too. I think her name was Jill and she was most helpful!! I will buy from them again

I went into the store to purchase a Pandora bracelet for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. The employee was impatient and not friendly in general. As I shopped in the store, my mother in-law looked around the store. She was watched as if she was going to take something. As I completed shopping, a worker in the store went over to where my mother in-law browsed to ensure nothing was missing. Totally rude! Though I have to fill my daughters bracelet with charms, I will never purchase from this store again. It's sad that we have such a nice store in the area and the workers would treat spending guest in such a way. I would never recommend this store to anyone. They have nice items, but obviously don't appreciate business from EVERYONE.

The only thing bad about the store is the owner. She is a total nightmare. This woman does not like people. And she hates kids. Owning a retail store is a people to people job. I do not understand why this woman would choose to have a store when she dislikes people so much and it shows so openly in her demeanor, her facial expressions, and her tone of voice. It is clearly a shame that there are so few nice boutiques in McDonough, and so many people I've decided never to shop there again because of the owner. Please retire!

Absolutely Rude

Recently, my siblings and I took our mother to buy her a Pandora necklace. Being her first time purchasing Pandora jewelry, she was very excited for the process. However, one of the workers, whom we assume was the owner, was nothing but rude, impatient, and gave awful glares to the four of us the whole time. After buying the bracelet and walking to the car, our mother was in tears because of the way she was treated. Mind you, she is not one who draws attention to herself at all, so I knew this was serious. Not happy with this and being protective of my mother, I took the bracelet and the receipt back inside. After being met with more attitudes and rudeness, I got our money back. I highly suggest never going to this boutique. Take your money elsewhere.

Rude, unkind owner

If you have kids, don't go here. You won't be welcome. The owner will give you mean looks as soon as you enter. She might even ask you if you have a wet wipe to wipe down your not dirty child like she did me. I was holding her and she wasn't making a sound or anything. You would think my child was running around wild by the way I was treated. I'll never spend another dime there. Wish I hadn't spent so much money there already.

I was looking for a gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I have never purchased anything from the Pandora brand, so I wanted to see what their jewelry was all about. I thought the employees and manager/owner were rude because of the color of my skin, but from reading the reviews, they're like that regardless of what you look like. I researched what I was thinking of getting (the bracelet and the charms). I show her a picture of what I was looking to purchase and she rudely tells me that the bracelet is retired.. like I'm supposed to know that when it's on the Pandora website!!! I tell the lady that although I want to see the bracelet and charms, I needed to bring my dad in to see if he liked it too. She gives me an attitude but pulls out the charms anyway. She asks if I'm purchasing the items that day and I tell her AGAIN no, I need a second opinion. This was my first and LAST time in this store. Horrible service, I'll never recommend it to ANYONE.

Today (May 15), I was shopping...

Today (May 15), I was shopping with my preteen daughter in this store for very specific and fun teacher gifts and a special birthday gift. We have been in this store before and know that it sells unique items. We made a special trip, driving 30 minutes to the store. I had recommended this shop to friends before, and, until today, would have continued to do so.

While we were there, my daughter was looking at some scarves. She unfolded a couple to see what they looked like. She was within my eyesight and my ear shot. A sales person approached her and said, "If you are going to play with those, the least you could do is fold them back up the way you found them. Go the extra mile."

Go the extra mile??????

My daughter quickly put the scarf back and walked five steps over to me with tears in her eyes.

To be certain, I asked my daughter if she had just waded them up when she put them back. She said that she was not playing with them and had tried to fold it the way we fold towels at home.

I spoke with the sales clerk about the issue, and apologized if we had caused her stress in looking at the scarves. She offered a forced smile, and stated, "All I did was ask her to fold them when she put them back", as if I could not hear what was said or my daughter could forget such a curt rebuke.

It was completely unnecessary, unduly harsh, and eliminated our purchases today and in the future. No amount of unique and upscale merchandise is worth basic disregard and seething annoyance toward the customers.
